1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 288min platform at 288min.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who make deposits and place bets.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. All three documents together form the complete agreement between you and 288min. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

288min reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use a 288min account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288min is strictly an adult platform. No exceptions are made to the minimum age requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active 288min account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 288min or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Account Registration

To use the full features of 288min – including making deposits, placing bets, and withdrawing funds – you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 18 has access to your 288min account or your device while your account is logged in.
• Notifying 288min immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details and payment information up to date.

288min may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or when your account activity triggers a review. 4 Deposits and Payments

288min processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment method belongs to someone else – are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are shown on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposit fees charged by 288min, if any, will be displayed before you confirm the transaction. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed with no additional fee from our side.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect instantly in normal circumstances.
• If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a dispute with your payment provider before contacting 288min support first.

288min reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, if the payment method used cannot be verified, or if the deposit would result in a balance exceeding platform limits.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect both players and the platform.

• Withdrawals can only be requested once your account identity verification is complete. This is a one-time process for most accounts.
• Your withdrawal request will be reviewed and processed within the timeframe shown on the Withdrawal page. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. The real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately.
• 288min may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard financial security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawal requests that appear to be part of bonus abuse, match fixing activity, or any form of fraud will be put on hold pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

288min offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are shown alongside each offer and must be read before claiming.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. The eligible games and contribution rates vary by offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 288min reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, amend the terms of ongoing promotions, or disqualify a player from a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of the offer.
• Bonus abuse includes – but is not limited to – creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting a technical error in bonus calculation, or using bonus funds in a way designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 288min – including Sports betting markets, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Bingo, and any other games added to the platform – are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Individual game rules are accessible within each game or section.

• All Casino games and Fish Games on 288min use certified random number generation. Outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other player-specific factor.
• Sports betting odds are set by 288min and may change up until the event starts or during live in-play betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error on the platform may be voided at 288min's discretion. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or decided by circumstances outside normal play (such as weather, disqualification, or administrative decision), bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, game glitches, or timing vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings derived from such activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when raised.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 288min and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or transact.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems, software, or security measures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have already been wagered, which constitutes fraud.
• Abusing customer support through harassment, threats, or intentionally providing false information.
• Exploiting technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes in odds to generate guaranteed profit without genuine risk.

288min cooperates with relevant financial institutions and authorities when fraudulent or illegal activity is identified. Account information may be shared as required in such circumstances.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

288min reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified where possible. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, any balance associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending wagering requirements or verification steps are completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

288min provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform online and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during maintenance windows, high-traffic events such as major PSL or international Cricket matches, or due to circumstances outside our control.

• 288min is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, delayed bet placement, or technical errors where those errors have been corrected and affected bets voided with stakes returned.
• 288min is not responsible for any loss of data, access issues, or financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• The maximum liability of 288min to any player in connection with any single event or issue is limited to the value of the stake placed in connection with that event.

Nothing in these terms limits 288min's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy
